Shipping Policy

Every order from Bianca Boutique ships free to any address in Australia. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge added at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.

Order cutoff

Orders placed before 6:00 PM Sydney time on a business day are counted from that day. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or public holiday, are counted from the next business day.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Transit time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 8 business days. Parcels move Monday to Friday.

Total delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the time the order is placed.

Carrier and tracking

Deliveries are handled by Australia Post. As soon as your order leaves our facility you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel to your door. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Duties and taxes

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include any applicable GST. There are no extra charges to pay on delivery.

Questions about a delivery

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will look into it for you.
